Being a female entrepreneur can be hard. We are faced with obstacles that, at times, can make our self confidence waiver and have us doubting our decision to take on the role of boss. Work Warrior is SO excited to be partnering with NMotion and presenting Like a Boss. Together, we’re here to help you not only find your inner genius but learn how to be brave enough to kick the door down and say to the world, I’m ready to rock it.

Like a Boss is a 28-day challenge that has been designed to teach women who are working in the startup world or have a burning desire to change the world with a new business idea how they can overcome their fears, grow their confidence and rock the world.  The techniques that are interwoven into the program are based on research and real life implementation.  It will help you discover your genius so you can do more than you thought possible.  A lot more!

The program is two parts:

First, from 5:30pm – 8:30 on September 26, 2017, you will take part in an in-person training with your instructor, Marianne Chance Worthington.  During the in-person training, we will walk you through the Like A Boss philosophy and provide you with the tried-and-true tools that provide you with the foundation to building a more confident you. 

You’ll learn…

Why we have fear– how to recognize it, and what to do when it creeps up…or knocks you down.

How we can rewrite our stories– observing and changing the stories we tell ourselves (toxic thought habits). We all have them. And until we get real about their existence we will never be able to rewrite the narrative.

How to build confidence-from the moment class is finished you’ll have the tools to  start practicing how to fake it confidence until you become it. Hey, practice makes perfect, and will a little bravery and action you’ll be surprised and delighted as to how confidence completely change your world.

How to make it happen-We’ll spend time talking about how to find opportunities to be brave, like a boss. You’ll have an actionable plan that you can start working, like a boss, at 8:31, on Sept 26th.

After the in-person training, you will have the a foundation to start implementing the tools you have learned in your day-to day life. You won’t be alone in this process though! For 28 days, we will be hosting challenges through email as well as coming together in the Like a Boss private Facebook Group. During those 28 days, you will be encouraged to push outside of your comfort zone, to discover how much courage you already have living deep inside you and by the end, you will be amazed at yourself and all that you’ve accomplished. You will learn how to identify what your core values are and how to live a more meaningful life that encompasses those values. During this process, you will begin to rewrite your stories, to tell both yourself and those around you, the a more positive and confident story. We will challenge you to be brave, like really brave. Most importantly, we’ll be there to enourage you to learn to do more than you ever thought possible.

• Our private Facebook group, where you’ll be able to share your stories and we’ll be there to answer questions, and support you as needed.
• Also, we’ll host special Facebook Q&A sessions with rockstar women who will share their stories and be available to answer your questions about confidence, personal branding, leadership, and so. much. more.
• And, Like a Boss will have popup sessions where you can come, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy building a tribe that will last waaay longer than 28 days.

On October 26th we’ll have our wrap up session. It will be a time for us to celebrate your success, and will be filled with surprises galore! Between you and Like a Boss, we’re aiming to make it the best night of your year :).
