1. Training: you can learn to be a great manager. These quarterly sessions are set up to teach the “how” of leading a team. A workbook PDF is provided for each class and I encourage not just program participants to attend, but also current supervisors! This ensures a coherent message is given and can become an accountability tool. 
2. Individual Coaching: after each training participants will do a self assessment and together, we will create a development plan focusing on individual skills necessary for each participant to be wildly successful!
3. Real world project program; leaders must be able to drive change. Each participant will be in charge of a predetermined project. This provides an opportunity for them to practice their skills in real life. At the end of the leadership program each participant will have the opportunity to share their project/results with a panel. This gives them the chance to shine, but also learn how to present and persuade, two skills necessary in leader.

This was created with agility in mind. Think of each training session as three units (each session is three hours).  While I’ve suggested training topics, they can be changed at any time, based on what’s observed in the department. For example, if you want time management to be replaced with dealing with negative employees, we can switch that out, up to a week before the training!
